Job summary

Cater Care Townsville is seeking a reliable Utility All-Rounder to join our drive-in, drive-out team supporting a 480-person mining camp. You will split time between housekeeping and kitchen duties and help maintain dining and living areas.

The role operates on a 14 days on, 7 days off rotation with 10-hour shifts, and on-site meals, accommodation and uniforms are provided. Candidates with 12 months+ relevant experience and a valid driver’s license are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in Utility/All Rounder/Housekeeper/Kitchen Hand (12+ months)
• Commitment to friendly customer service
• Motivated, enthusiastic, positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Pride in personal appearance and hygiene
• Driver's license (Auto or Manual)

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and clear dining areas
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure cleanliness of kitchen facilities, utensils, and dining spaces
• Clean communal areas, dining facilities, and guest accommodations
• Adhere to strict site safety guidelines and vehicle maintenance checks
