Job summary
Evolution Mining is seeking an Auto Electrician to maintain our underground and surface mining fleet at Ernest Henry Operations in Queensland. You will perform preventative maintenance, fault finding and breakdown repairs to maximise equipment availability and support production targets, within a safety-focused team environment.
Working in a high-performing Mobile Maintenance team, you’ll complete maintenance documentation, inspections and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, with
Qualifications
- Trade qualification as an Auto Electrician.
- Experience maintaining heavy mobile equipment in mining or related industries.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, servicing and breakdown repairs on heavy mining equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, control system and electronic faults.
- Conduct inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to condition monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
