To enhance our MINI team, we are currently looking for a Marketing Graduate.

What awaits you?
  • You will be responsible for providing support to the Marketing team and wider network across events, dealer communications, campaigns and marketing functions.
  • You will manage approval processes for dealer marketing, ensuring MINI Corporate Identity is adhered to at all times.
  • You will review, compile and analyse dealer activity on a monthly basis and be the proactive contact with dealer marketing managers, and agency partners.
  • You will review all dealer marketing plans, quarterly reviews and marketing support documents.
  • You will prepare dealer communications as required.
  • You will be responsible for the management of templates for dealers (launch event plans, marketing plan updates, marketing plans, marketing budgets) and POS materials, as well and manage administrative tasks to support the marketing function.
What you should bring along?
  • Graduate in Marketing/Business, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent writing and verbal communication skills with a solid knowledge of social media/community management; strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Strong multitasking, time-management, and resilience under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient using the Microsoft Office suite of programs, with a strong focus using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive nature, taking initiative and accountability for your work and a passion to learn and a strong drive to achieve set goals.
