Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Progressive leadership experience in an international matrix organization.
- Experience in mining, minerals processing, heavy equipment or similar industrial environments.
Responsibilities
- Translate global and Business Line strategies into local sourcing and supplier-development plans for Australia.
- Lead procurement activities across equipment projects, standard equipment, internal supply and logistics.
- Secure supplier capacity, quality, delivery, cost competitiveness and continuity of supply.
- Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation and contracting with relevant stakeholders.
- Build and manage a competitive supplier base and oversee supplier risk management.
- Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to capture synergies and leverage spend.
- Monitor procurement KPIs including savings, delivery, quality and terms.
- Lead, coach and develop procurement professionals.
- Promote safety, ethics and inclusion.
