Job summary

Green’s Diesel Service in Cloncurry, Queensland, offers Trade Assistant roles with FIFO, DIDO or Residential rosters. This ongoing position involves work on mine sites across North West Queensland, plus workshop duties at our Cloncurry facility, with safety and reliability at the core of the role.

You will assist with surface and underground mining equipment, including surface preparation, blasting and industrial coating to meet quality and production standards.

Qualifications

• Able to work alongside a tradesman.
• Able to take direction and follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and take initiative where required.
• Must be punctual and adhere to rostered shift times.
• Self-motivated and team orientated.
• Energetic and “Can Do” attitude.
• Understanding of Work Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Work on surface and underground mining equipment, including surface prep, blasting and industrial coating.
• Carry out on-site and workshop tasks across mine sites and in the Cloncurry workshop.
