Job summary

iContracting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a mine-site workshop and field maintenance across light and heavy mobile plant in the Pilbara. You will plan preventative maintenance, coordinate breakdowns, and lead tradespeople to meet OEM and site standards.

You will manage parts and records, liaise with project teams, and drive safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Mine-site supervision experience in mobile plant workshop or field maintenance.
Mechanical Trade Certificate (Diesel/Heavy Plant) required.
S26 Supervisory Qualification.
Experience leading workshop teams in civil or mining environments.
Proficient with Microsoft Office for reporting and planning.
Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise all workshop and field-based maintenance activities for light and heavy mobile plant.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs and breakdowns.
Provide leadership and mentoring to tradespeople and service personnel.
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to OEM/site standards.
Manage parts, consumables and maintenance records.
Liaise with project teams and site supervisors to align maintenance priorities.
