A global engineering firm is seeking an experienced leader for construction management on mining projects in Brisbane. This role involves managing teams, executing construction plans, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should have a degree in engineering, relevant experience in construction, and current SSE accreditation. The position offers part-time telework and the opportunity to contribute to significant projects in the mining sector.

Qualifications

• Requires 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in large scale Mining, Oil and Gas, or Industrial projects.
• Site Senior Executive accreditation from MMQ QLD, WorkSafe WA, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Manage construction management aspects on a mining project site.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to plan and execute site activities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate ES&H and Quality standards.

Connaissances

Construction operations knowledge

Current Mining Site Senior Executive (SSE) accreditation

Extensive understanding of government compliance standards

Knowledge of construction automation tools

Lean construction methodology

Formation

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field
