• Experience as a Utility/Utility All Rounder/Cleaner/Housekeeper/Kitchen Hand (12 months+).
• Drivers License (Manual) is required.
• Australian Permanent Residents ONLY.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
• Ensure all areas are kept sanitary and safe for all personnel.
• Assist with laundry services when required.
• Set up and clear dining rooms; wash dishes and clean the kitchen.

Job Description

This is a Permanent - Full Time position in the Cleaning category. As a Mine Site Cleaner / Utility, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the mine site facilities. Your main tasks will include:

Mine Site Cleaner

• Performing general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
• Ensuring all areas are kept sanitary and safe for all personnel
• Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and machinery
• Assisting with laundry services when required
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
• Supporting other departments with basic utility tasks as needed

Mine Site Cleaner/ Utility(tasks include above + below)

• Setting up and clearing dining rooms
• Dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen, equipment & dining areas
• Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
• Assisting the broader team as required
• Dining Room Duties - maintain cleanliness
• Common Area Cleaning - emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, general cleaning
• MineSite Cleaning - cleaning offices, crib huts, bathhouses
