Joy Construction Group Pty Ltd seeks experienced Riggers (Intermediate/Advanced) to join our Karara Mine Site crew in Western Australia. This hands-on role requires strong lift planning discipline and a safety-first mindset to support heavy industry operations.

You will rig and dog for lifts, prepare lift plans, inspect gear, and maintain exclusion zones while coordinating with crane operators and crew. Applicants must have mine-site rigging experience and current RI/RA/VOC certifications, plus

Qualifications

• HRWL RI/RA certification or equivalent.
• VOC RI/RA current valid.
• Mask Fit test updated in last 12 months.
• Working at Heights completed in last 12 months.
• Confined Space Entry completed in last 12 months.
• Able to pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Screen within 28 days of mobilisation.
• Mine site or heavy industrial rigging experience.

Responsabilités

• Rigging and dogging for lifts of plant, structural steel and components.
• Prepare and follow lift plans, inspect rigging gear before use.
• Support fitters during shutdowns and project scopes.
• Maintain exclusion zones and communicate with crane operators and crew.
