Job summary

Tyre Doctor is seeking an Onsite Tyre Fitter for the Lake Cowal Gold Mine site. The role operates on a 7/7 day/night roster with accommodation supplied.

You will remove and fit rims, tyres and wheel assemblies to OEM specs, inspect tyre pressures, diagnose wear, and access technical data to ensure safe, efficient operation. The ideal candidate holds a Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology (OTR competencies), a valid Australian driver’s licence, and a current police check (or

Qualifications

Strong work ethic, safety-first attitude, and proven tyre field experience.
Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology (OTR competencies) is required.
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence is required.
A current Police Check or ability to complete one.
Commitment to safety, teamwork and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Remove and fit rims, tyres and wheel assemblies to OEM specs.
Regular tyre pressure inspections, adjustments and reporting.
Diagnose tyre wear/damage and recommend corrective action.
Access and interpret technical data via manuals, bulletins and digital platforms.
Work safely and efficiently per site and company procedures.
