We are seeking an experienced Mine Geologist to join our Mining team at Willowdale Mine, reporting to the Short Term Planning Superintendent and working a Monday to Friday roster.
In this technical role, you will be accountable for mine geology and grade control activities, including modelling the bauxite resource to optimise recovery and delivered ore quality. You will provide technical leadership across geological modelling, ore design and short-term execution, helping the operation make informed and timely mining decisions.

Willowdale is one of our two bauxite mines in Western Australia, and is located in the Darling Scarp east of Waroona and Cookernup. It supplies bauxite ore to the Wagerup Alumina Refinery via a direct overland conveying system and helps to produce almost half of Australia’s alumina and approximately 19 per cent of Australia’s aluminium.
