Ridley Corporation Ltd is seeking a reliable Mill Operator for our Lara site in Victoria. The role involves learning to operate mill equipment, producing quality products, and helping keep production running safely and efficiently.

Training is provided, with clear opportunities for career progression from Mill Production Operator to Shift Supervisor. Ideal candidates will be hands-on, safety-minded and collaborative, with flexibility to work shifts (including weekends).

Responsibilities

• Follow workplace health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
