About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team and contribute to our manufacturing operations at Ridley AgriProducts in Lara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality control measures, and ensuring the efficient and safe production of goods. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding our company values.

This is a shift work position working on a rotating roster of day and night shifts. Applicants must be comfortable working across both shifts as part of our production team.
