Job summary

Patmore Feeds, part of Craig Mostyn Group, is seeking a motivated Mill Operator in Cuballing, WA, to join our production team on full-time rotating shifts. You will assist with daily production, support safe operation of plant equipment, and help with material intake and dispatch.

The role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing, a forklift licence, and a proactive team player attitude. A strong adherence to QA and hygiene standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Forklift operation and related safety training.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist mill operators with daily production processes.
• Support safe/efficient operation of plant and equipment.
• Operate forklifts and telehandlers as required.
• Assist/operate with raw material intake, handling, storage and dispatch processes.
• Conduct sampling and basic testing of materials and finished product.
• Perform routine quality checks (moisture, pellet quality, visual inspections).
• Maintain QA documentation and records for traceability and compliance.
• Carry out routine cleaning, housekeeping and general labouring to maintain hygiene.

Patmore Feeds is seeking a motivated Mill Operator who is available to work on rotating shifts to join our production team on a full-time basis in Cuballing, Western Australia.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Assisting mill operators with daily production processes.
• Supporting safe/efficient operation of plant and equipment.
• Operating forklifts and telehandlers as required.
• Assist/operate with raw material intake, handling, and storage processes.
• Assist/operate with finished product out-loading and dispatch processes.
• Conducting sampling and basic testing of raw materials and finished feed.
• Perform routine quality checks (moisture, pellet quality, visual inspections)
• Maintaining accurate QA documentation and records to support traceability and compliance.
• Carry out routine cleaning, housekeeping, and general labouring to maintain hygiene standards.
• Working collaboratively with all operational team members.
