Archer Daniels Midland Company in Australia seeks a Maintenance A to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul mechanical equipment used in flour milling operations. The role ensures equipment reliability, safety and quality while minimizing downtime.

The Maintenance A will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, install new machinery, and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and SQF/BRC.

Qualifications

Millwright Journeyman Certification (Red Seal preferred).
Technical diploma or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance.
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Experience in flour milling, grain processing, food manufacturing, or similar industries is an asset.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on milling equipment.
Inspect machinery and identify potential mechanical failures before breakdowns occur.
Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
Diagnose mechanical issues in flour milling equipment and repair components.
Install new machinery and perform precision alignment of rotating equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Follow safety procedures including LOTO and food safety standards.
