Job summary

Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. is seeking a senior Mill Maintenance Leader to coordinate mechanical, electrical, and planning functions for safe, reliable plant operation on the Gold Coast region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of maintenance, engineering, or planning experience.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management, asset management, and planning systems.
• Oracle eAM experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working across multicultural teams and environments.
