You will support a dedicated migration team across visa and citizenship matters, work with senior practitioners, and contribute to client care, document preparation, and file progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Legal Assistant within migration law.
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal instruction.
• Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, reviewing, and lodging visa and citizenship applications.
• Drafting submissions and supporting documents for a range of migration matters.
• Managing deadlines, evidence requests, and departmental correspondence.
• Maintaining accurate file records and supporting clients through each stage of the process.
• Liaising with internal legal staff, clients, government bodies, and external stakeholders.
