• High professional and ethical standards; excellent client-management and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ImmiAccount and ART online services; understanding of government portals.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations and assess clients’ immigration circumstances.
• Provide accurate advice on visa options, pathways and review options.
• Prepare, lodge and manage visa applications, sponsorships and nominations.
• Prepare submissions and responses to requests for information and notices.
• Manage Administrative Review Tribunal matters and related evidence.
• Review documents for evidentiary, eligibility or compliance issues.
• Maintain accurate client files, deadlines and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients and government bodies about matters.
• Provide regular updates and ensure compliance with professional standards.
