Job summary

Talent Quarter is seeking an experienced Midwife Educator in Newcastle to blend clinical expertise with education and mentoring. You will support junior midwives and students, helping them grow confidence and capability while upholding exceptional patient care standards.

The role offers a permanent opportunity with part-time or full-time options, relocation assistance, and pathways for career growth within a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
• Clinical experience in Birth Suite
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
• Experience mentoring, education or clinical support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for developing and supporting other midwives

Responsibilities

• Support junior midwives and students to build confidence and capability
• Deliver education and training sessions for mentees
