MGP midwives work in small teams providing care co-ordination to women with pregnancies complicated by psychosocial and/or obstetric risk, as well as women planning a homebirth.

Nurse Level 6 - Remuneration Package Range $175,979 - $182,947

(including salary $149,765 - $157,329)

One vacancy is available, either ongoing or fixed for 2 years.

The midwifery group practice (MGP) provides a high standard of contemporary midwifery care in a team/on call midwifery model. MGP midwives work in small teams providing care co-ordination to women with pregnancies complicated by psychosocial and/or obstetric risk, as well as women planning a homebirth.

There are five teams within the MGP and midwives will be required to provide collaborative care and support across all teams including home birth and maternity services within the division.
