Job description

TenGolf Group is a Western Australian-owned group with a diverse portfolio spanning golf, hospitality, tourism, accommodation, events and wine.

Our venues include some of Western Australia’s well-known golf courses and hospitality destinations, as well as a winery and vineyard in the Margaret River region. Across the Group, we offer a broad range of experiences—from golf and dining to weddings, events, accommodation and tourism.

With approximately 500 employees working across our venues and corporate functions, we are a growing and evolving business with a strong focus on delivering quality customer experiences. Our teams work collaboratively across the Group, combining local venue knowledge with shared expertise and resources.

At TenGolf Group, we value initiative, continuous learning and practical problem-solving. We encourage our people to take ownership of their work, contribute ideas and develop their skills as the Group continues to grow.

About the Role

Working alongside our existing Senior Designer, you will independently manage day-to-day and medium-sized design projects, from initial brief and concept development through to final artwork and production.

You will collaborate with the Senior Designer on larger, more complex and high-priority projects, and work closely with our Marketing, Social Media, Photography/Video and venue teams.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong creative skills with sound judgement: a designer who takes ownership, manages competing deadlines and knows when to seek input or collaborate.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Create across print and digital: Design assets for social media, websites, email marketing, advertising, menus, brochures, posters and promotional materials.
  • Own projects from start to finish: Interpret briefs, develop concepts, incorporate feedback and deliver accurate final artwork.
  • Design for multiple brands: Adapt your work to each venue’s identity, audience and objectives while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Support campaigns and events: Produce creative for golf, hospitality, food and beverage, weddings, functions, events and Pro Shop promotions.
  • Deliver signage and production artwork: Prepare files for A-frames, corflutes, ACM panels, window graphics, billboards and wayfinding; review proofs and liaise with suppliers when required.
  • Collaborate and contribute: Share ideas, work with the Senior Designer on complex briefs and support junior designers where appropriate.
  • Manage your workload: Balance multiple projects, respond to changing priorities and communicate clearly about progress, deadlines and potential issues.
  • Maintain quality and organisation: Keep working files, templates and final artwork organised, with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
What You’ll Bring
  • At least 3 years’ professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating your creative ability and independent project delivery.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • A solid understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, colour and brand application.
  • Experience across print and digital, including preparing artwork for professional print and signage production.
  • The ability to turn a brief into an effective creative solution.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with confidence working to deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Clear communication skills and a constructive approach to feedback.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach, with the confidence to work independently and seek direction when needed.
  • Experience with hospitality, golf, events, retail or lifestyle brands would be an advantage.

We welcome applications from experienced mid-weight designers and senior designers who enjoy hands-on creative work within a collaborative team.
