Job summary

MXA is looking for a mid-level full-stack software engineer based in Sydney to join the team. You will work on client projects spanning new systems, analytics platforms, and AI agents in both on-prem and cloud environments.

Applicants should be comfortable collaborating with fellow engineers and growing their skills in a dynamic, supportive environment. Office presence 2–3 days per week is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience as a software engineer with full-stack capabilities is assumed.

Responsibilities

• Build systems, analytics platforms, and AI agents for client projects (on prem and in the cloud).
• Pioneer using AI to improve the quality and speed of work; assess what works and what’s developing.
• Collaborate with other engineers to grow skills and careers.
