Projex Partners on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Mid-Level Civil Engineer to contribute to a range of civil infrastructure projects. You will work with experienced engineers, manage projects from concept to delivery and build strong client relationships.

The role offers leadership opportunities, mentoring from a seasoned team and exposure to diverse project types as South East Queensland grows ahead of major infrastructure investment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years' relevant industry experience.
• RPEQ and/or CPEng accreditation, or eligibility to obtain within three months.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously.
• Experience in design teams with leadership potential.
• Desire to expand technical knowledge across disciplines.

About the opportunity

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a talented Mid-Level Civil Engineer to join our Sunshine Coast team.

What you'll be doing

• Contributing to the delivery of a diverse range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

• Working collaboratively with experienced engineers, technical specialists and project support staff.

• Being actively involved in design teams, with opportunities to take on a leadership role.

• Managing your own projects, from initial design through to delivery.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes.

About you

We're looking for someone who is technically capable, motivated and ready to take on greater responsibility.

You'll ideally bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• 5–7 years' relevant industry experience.

• RPEQ and/or CPEng accreditation, or eligibility to obtain within three months.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being confident working autonomously.

• Experience working in design teams, with an interest in developing your leadership capabilities.

• A genuine desire to expand your technical knowledge across a range of engineering disciplines.

• Confidence communicating directly with clients and managing professional relationships.
