Bespoke Joinery Australia is seeking an experienced Microvellum Drafter to join our Kingsgrove team. You will produce accurate shop drawings, production documentation and CNC-ready outputs for custom joinery projects, in a full-time, permanent role within a growing company known for premium-quality residential joinery across Sydney.

The role requires interpreting architectural plans and client specifications with a high level of accuracy, and collaborating with workshop teams to ensure design

Qualifications

• Proven experience using Microvellum in a commercial residential joinery environment.
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods and manufacturing processes.
• Experience preparing shop drawings, production drawings and reports.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans, interior design drawings and client specifications.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with CNC production workflows is highly regarded.
• Understanding of high-end residential kitchens and architectural joinery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Professional attitude, reliability and strong work ethic.
