Brennan IT Pty is seeking a Microsoft Licensing Asset Management Consultant to lead software asset management across Brennan customers in Australia. You will analyse licensing positions, optimise spend, and design governance processes.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Microsoft Licensing Asset Management.
Experience with reporting and dashboard development and management.

Responsabilités

Analyse customer Microsoft licensing positions and identify compliance gaps, unused licences, and optimisation opportunities.
Review Microsoft Enterprise Agreements and other licensing contracts.
Design SAM processes and operating models that support the value-creation offering.
Establish and maintain Microsoft SAM policies, procedures, standards and controls.
Identify and mitigate software licensing risks and provide recommendations to Brennan customers.
Identify opportunities to reduce software expenditure through licence reclamation and renewal management.
Develop dashboards and reports covering licence entitlement, deployment, utilisation, and expenditure.
Reconcile data across software asset management, CMDB, Microsoft portals and procurement.
