Job summary

Avanade Inc. is seeking an experienced Microsoft-focused Delivery Lead to drive complex system integration projects from mobilisation through to completion. You will own outcomes, governance, and stakeholder confidence while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and third-party contributors.

The role emphasizes structured governance, practical leadership, and sound commercial judgement. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP, Power Platform and Dataverse is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

Experience leading delivery of complex projects across scope, schedule and budget.
Ability to manage client relationships and executive reviews from mobilisation to closure.
Strong governance, risk, quality and commercial control across multi-team engagements.

Responsibilities

Own delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and benefits.
Mobilise engagements with integrated delivery plan and governance model.
Lead discovery, design, build, test, deployment and transition activities as applicable.
Manage change, escalation, and reporting to executives and stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including onshore/offshore resources.
