Responsibilities

• Copilot Studio Development: Build, extend and maintain copilots using Copilot Studio, topics, entities, actions and generative answers.
• Power Platform Engineering: Design and develop Power Automate flows, canvas and model-driven apps with Dataverse data models.
• Integrations Connectors: Use custom connectors, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Dataverse, and third-party services (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce) with secure auth.
• Prompt Engineering LLM Applications: Design prompts, system instructions and few-shot examples for LLM-powered copilots.
• Microsoft Graph API: Implement secure Graph integrations for M365 users, groups, mail, calendar, files, Teams.

Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform Engineer

Mandatory Skills: Copilot studio development, custom agent creation, powerplatform, powerapps, power automate, azure AIML experience, python and devops

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced (5+yrs) Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform Engineer with strong hands on expertise across Copilot Studio Power Automate Power Apps Dataverse and enterprisegrade integrations. The ideal candidate will design and develop intelligent workflows copilots and automation solutions leveraging modern LLM capabilities prompt engineering and Graph API integrations

Key Responsibilities

1 Copilot Studio Development

• Build extend and maintain copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio including topics entity extraction actions and generative answers
• Develop custom extensions using Power Automate custom connectors and APIs
• Integrate copilots with enterprise data sources such as Dataverse Graph API SharePoint Azure Functions and external services

2 Power Platform Engineering

• Design and develop Power Automate flows cloud desktop business process flows
• Build Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps with responsive UI and Dataverse backed data models
• Implement Dataverse schema tables relationships business rules calculated columns
• Apply ALM practices using ADOGitHub including solution packaging deployments

3 Integrations Connectors

• Use custom connectors and Power Platform connectors to integrate backend systems
• REST APIs
• Azure Functions
• Dataverse
• Third party services SAP ServiceNow Salesforce etc
• Ensure secure authentication OAuth2Azure AD throttling management and robust exception handling

4 Prompt Engineering LLM Applications

• Design high quality prompts system instructions and few shot examples for LLM powered copilots
• Apply grounding using enterprise data Dataverse SharePoint APIs
• Work with hybridvector retrieval and RAG patterns where required

5 Microsoft Graph API

• Implement secure integration with Microsoft Graph API to access and manipulate
• M365 users groups
• Mail calendar
• Files drives
• Teams channels
• Create Graphpowered automations inside Power Automate and copilots
