Job summary

A leading technology firm based in Australia is seeking an experienced Cyber Security professional. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience with ASD Essential Eight and delivering cyber security projects. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. This position is open only to Australian citizens with NV1 clearance.

Mandatory Criteria

1. Minimum 3 + years knowledge and experience implementing the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT Environment, and/or Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT
2. Minimum 3 + years experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.
3. Experience collaborating with Microsoft support or other vendors for escalations and assistance with critical problems.
4. Strong understanding of security concepts and how to implement them across server and end user environments.
5. Strong scripting and infrastructure automation background is highly desirable.
6. Working knowledge and experience with the entire 365-product suite.
7. Ability to take ownership of a problem and follow it through until completion.
8. Highly developed communication and organisational skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities with key business stake holders.
