Guzman y Gomez is hiring cooks and chefs for the Sydney CBD region. The role is casual with hourly compensation. Training is provided, and you’ll follow the GYG recipe guides while using fresh ingredients to deliver authentic Mexican dishes to guests.

Shifts emphasize fast-paced kitchen work, teamwork, and adherence to food safety standards. Eligible candidates must have work rights in Australia; cooking experience is a bonus but not required.

Qualifications

• Cooking ability and willingness to learn GYG recipes.
• Food safety awareness and cleanliness.
