Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is hiring a Cook to be at the heart of our restaurant operations in Sydney. You will prepare fresh Mexican dishes, weighing ingredients and delivering consistent quality for both new and regular guests.

Experience helps but isn’t mandatory; we value a proactive, coachable attitude, a 'can do' mindset, and reliable teamwork. Overnight or mixed day/lunch/evening shifts available.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience is helpful but not essential.
• Open to coaching, eager to learn, and ready to put in the effort.
• 'Can do' attitude and reliable.

• Prepare fresh and delicious food with vibrant Mexican flavours.
• Weighing-in with expertise on flavours and ingredients.
• We are looking for cooks for overnight shifts or a mix roster of day, lunch, and evening shifts.
