Aurelia Metals is seeking a Metallurgy Superintendent to take ownership of metallurgy and laboratory functions at Peak Mine, NSW. You will lead a team of metallurgists, graduates and lab professionals, influencing operating strategy and driving projects with real impact.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in a mineral processing plant with demonstrated leadership.
- Strong metallurgical background with flotation experience across polymetallic ore.
Responsibilities
- Lead Metallurgy and Laboratory teams to set strategic direction.
- Drive recovery improvements and plant optimisation initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership across gold and base metals processing operations.
- Manage metallurgical accounting, reconciliation and performance reporting.
- Oversee laboratory operations and analytical quality standards.
- Identify, develop and deliver improvement projects from concept to implementation.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance and technical services to maximise plant performance.
