Job summary

Breakwater Metaland in Geelong is seeking an experienced metal fabricator to join our fabrication/manufacturing team and contribute to a diverse workload. The fabrication team handles operating guillotines, folders, rollers and brake presses, and manufactures a range of garden and landscaping products.

You will perform light fabrication, welding RHS frames and gates, and 1.6mm sheet toolboxes, with emphasis on accuracy, neatness and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be fit and able to perform manual handling.
• Able to work in a busy team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate guillotines, folders, rollers and brake presses.
• Fabricate garden and landscaping products.

Manufacturing a range of garden/ landscaping products

Light fabrication, welding RHS frames & gates, 1.6mm thick sheet toolboxes etc

Position Requirements

Must be fit (Manual handling & lifting required)

Able to work in a busy team environment & demonstrate good communication skills

Able to work accurately, neatly & efficiently to set timelines

Settled & looking for long term employment
