Job summary

Merrell in Canberra is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to join the brand new Merrell Canberra DFO team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a team of casuals, drive a positive store culture, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll support day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and lead by example in delivering outstanding service while managing rosters and wage spend in line with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as full-time or senior casual Sales Assistant, Key Holder, Supervisor or 3IC.
• Results-driven with proven KPI/sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team motivation.
• Stock control and visual merchandising best practices.
• OH&S compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Details: Full-Time | 38 Hours | Sunday - Thursday

About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for an energetic and inspiring Assistant Store Manager to join our brand new Merrell Canberra DFOteam! Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead, coach, and motivate a team of passionate casuals, driving a positive store culture and an exceptional customer experience.
