Job summary

Coca-Cola European Partners in Victoria seeks a proactive Merchandiser for a defined Gippsland territory. The role focuses on managing displays, stock replenishment and delivering strong in-store execution to support commercial growth.

This seasonal fixed-term contract runs from 16 October 2026 to 26 February 2027, covering the Gippsland Region. You will build displays, lead in-store activations and maintain brand standards across stores in the territory.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel the territory.
• Experience in merchandising, retail, field operations or similar is advantageous.

We areseekinga proactive and organised Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure ourbrandsstand outin every store.You’llplay a key role inmaintainingstrong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high‑quality merchandising and in‑store execution.

About You

You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

In addition, you will have:

• Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
• Professionally presented and confidentrepresentingourbrand at customer sites
• Strong time managementwhile meeting scheduled service requirements
• Experience in merchandising,retail,field operations, or a similar role isadvantageous
