Job summary

Coca-Cola European Partners in Sydney seeks a proactive Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure brands stand out in every store. You’ll build displays, replenish stock, and drive in-store execution while travelling across Bondi, Maroubra, Randwick and Eastgardens.

The role is full-time and permanent, covering the Eastern Suburbs with daily customer servicing and travel across the territory.

This is a full-time, permanent position, covering the Eastern Suburbs area (Bondi, Maroubra, Randwick & Eastgardens). This field‑based role requires travel across your territory, servicing a set customer base per day.

Key Responsibilities

• Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility
• Replenish stock,maintainpresentation standards, and execute planograms
• Lead in‑store activationsto support promotions and campaigns
• Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained
• Provideaccuratereporting andmaintaina professional presence in all stores

About You

You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

In addition, you will have:

• Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
• Professionally presented and confidentrepresentingourbrand at customer sites
• Strong time managementwhile meeting scheduled service requirementsExperience in merchandising,retail,field operations, or a similar role isadvantageous
