Job summary

LINCOLN is seeking a dynamic Sales Merchandiser for a casual, approx. 10 hours per week role. Work across weekdays only with no weekends or overnight shifts, in a family-owned business with supportive team culture.

You will maintain client product ranges, manage stock, and secure prominent displays to maximise sales while upholding presentation standards. A current driver’s licence and reliability are essential.

• Prior merchandising experience is advantageous but not essential, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client product ranges strictly in line with store plan-o-grams.
• Ensure stock in bays is full by down-filling from hand stock and other locations.
• Secure prominent off-location displays to maximise consumer sales.
• Ensure client stock is displayed clean and correctly priced.
• Manage store stock levels in line with retailer expectations and seasonal variation.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchandising Excellence:Maintain client product ranges strictly in line with store plan-o-grams.

Stock Management:Ensure stock in bays is completely full by down-filling from hand stock and other store locations.

Sales Maximization:Secure prominent off-location displays of key product lines to maximize consumer sales.

Presentation Standards:Ensure client stock is on display in a clean, saleable condition with all price labels positioned to the retailer's standard.

Inventory Control:Manage store stock levels in line with retailer expectations and seasonal variation

Our ideal candidate possesses:

Prior merchandising experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided. Candidates with Bunnings Vendor experience will be highly regarded!

Strong Core Skills:Exceptional attention to detail, clear communication, and sharp organizational skills.

Autonomy:A proven ability to work independently and commit to achieving set targets and daily duties in-store.

The Essentials:A current, valid driver’s licence, vehicle and mobile phone.

Physical Capability:Fully able to climb ladders, pull stock from top shelves, and work at a fast pace.

Professionalism:Highly reliable, well-presented, and tech-savvy with a good working knowledge of computers.

Mindset:A positive, "can-do" attitude backed by strong problem-solving capabilities and a sharp attention to detail.
