Job summary

Lincoln Brokerage in NSW North Sydney is seeking a Specialist Merchandiser for a casual, 16-hour per week role across 3 weekdays. You will represent global clients such as Bunnings, Kmart and Officeworks in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of merchandising or sales experience, with a background in retail or hardware. A valid driver’s license, independence, and a detail-oriented mindset are essential as you support stock, displays and territory maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising excellence: maintain client product ranges in line with store plan-o-grams.
• Stock management: ensure bays are fully stocked from hand stock and other locations.
• Sales maximization: secure prominent off-location displays to boost consumer sales.
• Presentation standards: keep client stock displayed clean with correct price labels.
• Inventory control: manage store stock levels in line with retailer expectations and seasonality.
• Territory maintenance: manage and grow your allocated territory in line with company expectations.

In this role, you will be representing one of Global clients across Bunnings, Kmart and Officeworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Management: Ensure stock in bays is completely full by down-filling from hand stock and other store locations.

Sales Maximization: Secure prominent off-location displays of key product lines to maximize consumer sales.

Presentation Standards: Ensure client stock is on display in a clean, saleable condition with all price labels positioned to the retailer's standard.

Inventory Control: Manage store stock levels in line with retailer expectations and seasonal variation

Territory Maintenance: Manage and grow your allocated territory in line with company expectations.
