Job summary

Savers is seeking a part-time team member for the Auburn store to keep the floor stocked with pre-loved items and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll engage with customers, support the team to hit daily targets, and uphold safety standards on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment. Availability Mon-Fri 7:30–11:30 is required and prior retail experience is advantageous.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager at our Auburn store, you will be responsible for making sure our retail floor is filled with treasures for our customers.

A typical day might include:

• Filling the sales floor with pre-loved items that have already been sorted and prepared by the production team
• Engaging with our customers
• Working with your team to make sure you all meet daily production targets
• Supporting our safety culture.

About You

To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will have a mix of the following:

• Availability for Part Time 20 hours – Monday to Friday; 7.30am - 11.30am

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment – you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
