Job summary

Retail Dynamics is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to support Bunnings stores with stock and in-store presentation under our nationwide programme.

The role includes stock ordering, replenishment, bay tidying, photo reporting, and collaboration with store teams. Monday to Friday, permanent hours, NSW Newcastle region, with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Merchandising within Bunnings or similar Hardware/Supermarket retail stores.
• Bunning Refit Experience.
• Completing Bunnings induction before commencement.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, trustworthy and logical.
• Current driver's licence.

• Reporting on gaps and double facing other products where appropriate
• Tidying up the bay to ensure the products are presented neatly as per BLG (Bay Layout Guides)
• Checking ranged products and reporting out of range products to the appropriate department or team member
• Taking photos of bays as required
• Answering surveys and communicated via email

Job description

In this position you will call on Bunnings Warehouses to merchandise and support our customers range of products in store. Refit and New Store activity will also be an integral requirement of this position.
