Job summary

Lorna Jane is seeking a Merchandise Trade Planner at our Eagle Farm Head Office to translate sales, stock and performance data into commercial decisions. You’ll own numbers, balance strategy and action, and drive sell-through while protecting margins.

You’ll bring sharp analytical thinking, proven trading and planning expertise, and strong Excel/reporting tool skills to a fast-moving team that values accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and merchant instinct.
• Proven trading and planning expertise.
• Confident analytical thinking and ability to use Excel/reporting tools.
• Attention to data accuracy and meticulous detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand product performance and make commercially grounded decisions to maximise sell-through and protect margin.
• Hold and adjust plans and trade based on data signals.
• Interrogate sales, stock and performance data and translate into actionable insights.
• Build and maintain Excel dashboards and reports to support the team.
• Collaborate across Retail, eCommerce, Finance and Marketing for strategy execution.
