Industrie Clothing in Australia is seeking an experienced Merchandise Planner to drive stock, assortment and performance across Mens, Kids & Rofer. You will analyse store performance, plan seasonal ranges and collaborate with Buyers and leadership to optimise inventory.

WE'RE EXPANDING! With new stores opening across AUS and the US, we need more hands-on deck in our Merch Planning team to ensure our success!

Are you an experienced Merchandise Planner that thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume fashion environment? We are looking for a passionate Planner that will play an integral part in the Merchandise Planning team across all categories of Industrie Clothing, reporting into the Head of Merchandise Planning & Inventory. This is a role where you can make a real difference to business results!

Your Key Functions Will Include:

• Determining store stock quantities and assortment, allocating and adjusting inventories to demand patterns and identifying any potential problems and analysing store performance
• Compiling seasonal category and brand analysis
• Help with Preseason planning and EOS planning
• Inventory analysis and risk reduction
• Markdown strategy and management
• Understand store operations and maximise stock densities and backroom capacities
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product and performance knowledge across all categories (Mens, Kids & Roler)
• Demonstrate commercial awareness through identifying competitor activity and suggesting recommendations to Buyer and GM.
• Monitor delivery schedule and assist with the planning of all stock on order.
