Bapcor, Mount Waverley, Melbourne, is seeking a Merchandise Analyst to join its Retail Merchandise team. The role focuses on analyzing sales, inventory and supplier performance while supporting commercial decisions and promotional planning.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in analytical or finance roles, strong Excel skills, and an eagerness to learn within a fast-paced retail environment. This on-site role offers exposure to multiple brands and teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Producing daily, weekly and monthly sales and trade reporting.
• Analyzing sales, inventory and supplier performance data.
• Investigating overdue stock orders and delivery issues.
• Monitoring supplier and distribution centre performance.
• Preparing reports and insights to support commercial decisions.
• Identifying trends, opportunities and process improvements.
• Working closely with Merchandise, Supply Chain and Store Operations teams.
• Supporting promotional analysis and planning activities.
