Job summary

Lovisa is seeking an Allocations Team Leader to drive stock flow and allocation strategy from our Melbourne Support Centre. You will lead a team of Merchandise Allocators, own global stock movement and collaborate with leaders to ensure shelves are flawless across 50+ markets and 1,000+ stores.

You will work deeply with data to shape allocation decisions, manage replenishment cycles and develop your team, thriving in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with global reach.

Qualifications

• Experience in allocations, merchandise planning or inventory management.
• Experience using ERP, allocation or merchandise planning systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Futura or similar).
• Analyses data with confidence and uses it to make smart, strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead allocation strategy across global markets and influence inventory decisions for stores worldwide.
• Oversee weekly replenishment sign-off and inter-store transfer management.
• Manage floorplan and sale area changes across the global store network.
• Conduct stock-to-sales analysis and reporting to drive decisions.
• Ensure planogram accuracy and pricing in the system (e.g., Futura).
• Develop and grow your Allocations team.

You're the person who ensures our product is exactly where it needs to be, exactly when it needs to be there. You'll lead a team of Merchandise Allocators, own global stock flow, and work closely with some of the sharpest minds in the business to keep Lovisa's shelves looking flawless across the globe.

You will be deep in the data, driving strategy, solving problems and shaping how we allocate stock across one of the fastest-growing retail brands in the world.
