Connexus in Sydney is seeking an MEP BIM Modeller to join our team for an 18-month contract. The role is heavily Revit-focused, modelling building services, coordinating across disciplines, resolving clashes, and delivering integrated, multi-service designs for mission-critical data centres and major transport infrastructure.

We offer genuine flexibility: work on ABN or PAYG, with 3 days per week in a Sydney CBD studio and the support of a global consultancy on high-profile projects.

A leading global engineering and design consultancy, the kind whose name sits on the tunnels, stations and data halls reshaping how cities move and how the world stores its data, is looking for an MEP BIM Modeller (Building Services) to join their Sydney team.

Over the next 18 months, you'll work across two of the most significant infrastructure stories in the country: a portfolio of large-scale data centre developments, and Melbourne's Suburban Rail Loop, one of the biggest public transport projects in Australia's history, connecting every major line from Frankston to Werribee and reshaping the city's rail network for the next century. You'll also get exposure to Over Station Developments (OSDs), where new commercial, retail and residential precincts are being built directly above major transport infrastructure.

This is a heavily Revit focused role. Day to day, you'll be modelling building services systems, coordinating across disciplines, resolving clashes, and helping bring complex, multi service designs together before they leave the office.
