Job summary

Berman Trading pty ltd is seeking a hands-on junior marketing role focused on social media, content creation and graphic design. You will assist the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns across our portfolio of brands, gaining exposure to social media, EDMs, websites and retail campaigns.

Ideal candidates are creative, organised and eager to learn; you will transform approved campaigns into engaging content, with opportunities to grow responsibilities and receive direct mentoring.

Qualifications

• A good eye for design and visual presentation.
• Confidence creating content for Instagram and other social platforms.
• Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office.
• A willingness to learn new platforms and systems.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management of Berman Trading's brand social media channels.
• Schedule and publish approved content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Create engaging social content including static posts, stories, reels and short-form video.
• Write and adapt social media copy in line with brand tone and guidelines.
• Create digital assets for social media, websites, EDMs and promotional campaigns.
• Assist with the development and adaptation of point-of-sale material.
• Create and update price lists, catalogues, promotional material and other sales support assets.
• Assist with content updates across Berman Trading and brand websites.
• Assist with the creation and formatting of EDM campaigns.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with the execution of retailer marketing campaigns.
