National Joblink in Rockhampton is seeking a dedicated Mentor to support young people aged 15-24, helping them build confidence, life skills and make positive education and employment choices.
You will work in a fixed-term, full-time role until 31 October 2028, collaborating with a small team to deliver pre-employment support, engage with local community services and advocate for participants to relevant referrals.

Our Transition to Work (TtW) program is designed to help young people aged 15-24 into work (including apprenticeships and training) or education.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate MENTOR, who inspires others to GROW in new directions, FOCUS on the positive, LISTENS with empathy, SUPPORT and GUIDE young people in achieving their personal educational career goals.
You will work directly with youth to build confidence, develop life skills and encourage positive decision making.
