Job summary

AKG Australia is seeking a Mentor for its Parent Pathways program in NSW, Australia. The role focuses on empowering parents returning to work or study through tailored support, community connections and early intervention activities.

You will engage with families, build partnerships with local organisations, and help participants achieve employment or education goals in a cooperative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, daycare or community services.
• Ability to obtain Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card.
• Current driver licence.
• Be able to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment.

• Relevant tertiary qualification - Certificate III or IV in Community Services, Disability, Employment Services (or similar) or ability to complete if successful
