About the client:
Our client provides a comprehensive assessment, treatment and assertive outreach support for individuals with moderate to severe mental health needs. As part of a multidisciplinary care team, you will contribute to a holistic, client centred model of care, integrating with regional health teams to ensure timely and appropriate care, including inpatient support when necessary.
Role Overview:
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, supporting clients between the ages of 12 and 25 with mild, moderate and or severe mental health needs to ensure they are well supported in the community through a comprehensive model of primary health and mental health care, ensuring clients receive the right care at the right time.
