Gateway Health is currently recruiting for a part-time 12-month contract role in Wodonga, focused on engaging men who use family and domestic violence. The role involves assessment, counselling, outreach, and group facilitation within an intersectional feminist framework to promote accountability and safety for women and children.

Qualifications

• Experience in family domestic violence service delivery or related fields.
• Ability to deliver one-on-one and group interventions.
• Knowledge of early intervention and prevention program services.

Responsabilités

• Provide assessment, counselling, outreach and group facilitation to men who use family and domestic violence.
• Deliver one-on-one and group interventions and provide secondary consultation to the Domestic and Family Violence team.
• Work within an intersectional feminist framework focusing on accountability and safety of women and children.
