Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Experience in a nursing leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong clinical and operational leadership in the high care unit.
• Lead, support, and mentor nursing and care staff.
• Oversee day-to-day unit operations, including staffing and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and respond to feedback.
• Collaborate with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
